Conine Coastal Home Services is pre-launch. Client reviews will publish after the first service plans activate. We’d rather show you nothing than show you reviews that don’t yet exist.

Home Services’ launch position

Conine Coastal Home Services is the premium white-glove residential maintenance + repair subsidiary of the Conine Coastal Group — coastal-specialist positioning (salt-air, hurricane, humidity) across luxury Northeast Florida homes. We’re scheduled as Phase 2 (Months 7–18) of the parent rollout — after Real Estate (Phase 1) establishes the operating foundation.

Reviews will be published as we:

  • Obtain Florida licensing across HVAC, electrical, and plumbing service categories.
  • Sign our subcontractor network with vetted coastal-specialist partners.
  • Activate Jobber for scheduling + invoicing + payments and Stripe/Square via Jobber.
  • Complete first service plans for snowbirds and HNW homeowners along the First Coast.

24/7 emergency response is part of the planned service model. It will not appear on the live site until the on-call protocol is actually staffed. Phase numbers reference the Conine Coastal Group launch sequencing plan.
